Incorrect Spelling on new titles
I don't know if anyone else noticed this error but two of the female celebrity surnames have been spelled wrong on the new titles.
Christine Bleakeley instead of Christine Bleakley Cherie Lunghie instead of Cherie Lunghi Shocker! ![]() http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yg7kWbX-5G4 |

I've seen clips of ITT in series three where they were spelling Lilia as 'Lillia' instead... and that was her second series!

Just watched the preview show and am even more excited now! My very subjective impressions so far are based solely on first impressions of the couples, coz didn't see enough dancing to comment on that
![]() Lisa and Brendan - Not terrible keen on Lisa (I dated George Clooney for 2 minutes) Snowden but I do like Brendan however I see trouble ahead battle of the egos mark 2 Austin and Erin - Think this could a pair for the watching, looks like this could be a fun partnership, but maybe not a winning one, sadly for Erin Rachel and Vincent - Loving these too already Vincent is like with cat who got the cream...hope they stay in a long time. joint tip for the final Kristina and John - Sorry neither of them doing anything for me at all. Anton and Gillian - what a well chosen couple, if they can stop laughing long enough again really looking forward to watching this pair. Gary and Karen - Oh no I really like Karen but sorry I turn TV off when Gary comes on but hope Karen stays in a bit longer this year. Cherie and James - Think James may have met his match this year a gutsy lady...should be good watching Ola and Andrew - Could be first out and wouldn't miss either of them Jessie and Darren - Oh dear I am completely irritated by Jessie already! Lilia and Don - I thought Don looked like he would rather be anywhere but there and I think Lilia may get a bit frustrated with him but looking forward to seeing this pair develop Christine and Matt - I confess to being a huge Matthew fan so am a bit bias if Christine gets her cinfidence sorted...2 in a row...think they will be the "sleeper" couple just quietly progressing through!.Tom and Camilla - Now on paper this is my joint tip for the top he can really move (have you seen the video clip?) and I think they are well suited. Heather and Brian - Liked Heather but gosh Brian seems like a strange creature ![]() Mark and Hayley - Now I really like this pair, but a bit worried that they won't progress very far which is a real shame..Hayley is a really great dancer and teacher and has done really well in the series of DWTSNZ but I think has gotten a bit of a bad press as it were over "showmances "and "replacing" Nicole, give the girl a chance I say and not just because I am huge fan of her boyfriend Really hope they go far but have a feeling they won't, sadly. Jodie and Ian - Yep liking this pair a lot as well just have slight concern about Jodie the Tomboy .Phil and Flavia - Nope nothing there at all for me I'm afraid. As I say just first impressions and will probably be proved totally wrong but it is fun speculating before the real dancing starts

First impressions
Lisa and Brendan - well I'm not a Brendan fan and have always found Lisa annoying, so not for me Austin and Erin - been my dark horse tip all along, he'll work hard, plus he's very funny and charming (the 'wear strange outfits outside the bedroom' remark cracked me up) Gary and Karen - can't stand him, my tip to go first Anton and Gillian - nice pairing, I think they'll be around a few weeks. Mark and Hayley - well, if she's going to try the showmance routine she's on the completely wrong track with the lovely Mr Foster Jessie and Darren - She's too irritating for my tastes, can't see them going that far Ola and Andrew - I think she may have another Kenny, but without the charm and ability to win over the viewers, can't see him being that great a dancer, Roger Federer on a tennnis court he wasn't. Lilia and Don - Difficult to call, but I could see this pair working for a few weeks Flavia and Phil - Sorry, can't see it, completely the wrong pairing, agree with whoever said he'd have worked better with Nicole Brian and Heather - he scares me, appears to be made of plastic ![]() John and Kristina - I rather like, and I think they'll last a few weeks, John is hilarious and much loved Cherie and James - I can see a lot of potential chemistry between these two, one to watch Vincent and Rachel - in with a good chance, neither are favourites, but I did warm to her somewhat on Saturday Jodie and Ian - Not sure, she is very sporty and I adore Ian, but I foresee much trouble during the jive ![]() Tom and Camilla - left me a bit cold, I'll need some time to form an opinion on them. |

I didn't feel that many instant connections - obviously Anton and Gillian was one that did because of Anton's and Gillian's personalities.
Karen - aw god when will she stop mentioning Ramps! - I think gary is not the right partner for her. She needs a 'yes' man. I think Austin will be likeable and amusing (but not the woman's fav that'll be Mark or Tom). I think the older ladies are more glamous then the younger ones. I thought Rachel was plain and seemed scared of Vincent's come ons! and Lisa is so up herself (a match for Brendan though). Those I think will go far are Austin and Erin Tom and Camilla Rachel and Vincent I think Anton and Gillian will get viewers vote Not sure about Jodie and Ian until I see her in action. |

I'm willing Austin and Erin to do well I must admit. Loyalities are more towards pros (I think this will remain until I see the celebs dance) but John wants to tango and I'd like to see survive to week two to do it and he's very funny too so I hope we get to keep him beyond week one. I hope Cherie, Don and Phil turn out to better than those writing off the older generation thing they'll be. Gillian may surprise people too and the rapport she has with Anton and his fan base will help her.
Like many others didn't take to Lisa - hubbie was funny going 'who?" to Lisa and Jodie. I don't think I'm going to like Jessie either and Christine although a nice girl is a bit bland. I hope Jodie does well because she's a fellow horse rider and I'd like to see Ian do well. I think out of all of the men I'd rather lose Andrew first (although it's a bit harsh for Ola) - I think going out week 1 twice is harsh even for those who don't like Karen. |

I'll probably change my mind after I've seen them dance but there's no harm in voicing one's first impressions
![]() Andrew and Ola: I think they’ll be good value for money and I’d like him to stay in for a few weeks. One to watch, more from an entertainment point of view. Austin and Erin: My favourite couple at the moment for a multitude of reasons: he looks like he’ll be great fun, I’d love Erin to do well and his was the preview I watched back when the show ended, which is always a good sign. They already have my vote! Cherie and James: I like this partnership and would like James to finally get past week 4 so may end up voting for them just for that. She’s very different from Georgina and Gabby and that’s a good thing so we may see a totally different side to James. I can see her being very graceful in the ballroom dances and her acting skills and flexibility (ex ballet dancer) should serve her well in the rumba. Christine and Matthew: I adore Matthew and Christine seems nice. She may be a dark horse, but if she is her longevity will all depend on whether the judges take to her, as with the dance-off here to stay they now have more than 50% of the power. Don and Lilia: I loved Lilia’s “I didn’t tell you to sit down” in the preview show and I’m looking forward to this partnership. Sadly I don’t see him lasting beyond the single sex stages. Gary and Karen: I really like Karen and I think this will be a fiery partnership. I hope they last a few weeks but I can imagine viewers being turned off Gary and I reckon they’ll be out before November. Gillian and Anton: I think I’m going to adore this pairing, just for sheer entertainment. Anton is always good value for money and Gillian seems like great fun so it could be a historic partnership. I remember her best from Footballer’s Wives I can’t wait to see their latin ![]() Heather and Brian: I liked Heather in her M People days and would love her to get to the mixed stage. I think as a new pro Brian deserves a fair run so I may end up voting for them in the early stages. Jessie and Darren: Probably my least favourite female celeb although I don’t dislike her. I don’t know if it’s the haircut, memories of Kat Slater or how she came across on the VT, but if it were down to me she’d be the first woman out. I'm not a huge fan of Darren which doesn't help. Jodie and Ian: An OK pairing but I don’t have any strong opinions either way. As a relatively famous model I expect the judges to fawn over her. I hope she stays long enough to do a jive ![]() John and Kristina: I think Kristina's great so the longer she stays in, the better for me. I really want John to stay until week 5 at least, so I’ll definitely be voting for them. He’s the celeb I have the highest regard for so I’ll probably get really cross and trigger (redial) happy if the judges slate him. Lisa and Brendan: I don’t think Lisa came across well on the preview show which is a shame as I really like her; she’s still my favourite female. She must have been asked about George Clooney; I don’t think she just volunteered the information but she’s being royally slated for it. I guess she was asked about being single and the possibility of any romance during the show - it’s work, isn’t it, and there’s no crime in wanting romance in a new workplace - but people have assumed she was asked about Brendan when it was most likely edited to sound that way. And what’s wrong with not wanting Brendan as a partner? He is the best known of all the pros and unlike Anton he is more notorious than famous. Alesha said words to that effect, as did Christine, so why is Lisa being picked on for just being honest? Anyway I’ll probably vote for them if she’s a good dancer and because of all this early (and unwarranted IMHO) vitriol. Mark and Hayley: I really like Mark and will vote for him if he’s good, but I wasn’t enamoured by Hayley. However she’s new so I feel she needs a chance to show us what she can do. Mark is my favourite male celeb but as I vote for the partnership, Team Marley is currently in 2nd place, behind Austin and Erin. This may all change, of course, when the show starts… Rachel and Vincent: Although she was my least favourite S Clubber (tied with Jo O'Meara) I like this partnership and would like them to do well... however I can’t imagine what they could do to make me pick up the phone. It’s that visceral reaction to a partnership, it’s just not there for me with these 2 although I’m sure I’ll be pleased to see them get through week after week, unless she come across badly on the show. Maybe I just want Vincent to do well after his early exit last year and all the other stuff. Phil and Flavia: Definitely my least favourite couple. I don’t dislike them, but the soap father-son storyline and all the focus on Flavia from last year makes me wish we could vote Big Brother style so I could vote them out in week 1. Tom and Camilla: I’m afraid Camilla is the kiss of death for any partnership for me; if Tom Chambers had been paired with anyone else they may have been in my top 5 or so. I know he’s the bookies’ favourite but looks wise he leaves me cold and I hope one of the sportsmen pips him to the post. |

Well, we've barely seen enough to make an informed judgement so my opinions will probably all completely change in the next couple of weeks but.....
Lisa and Brendan - Not sure of her, she may have been the victim of dodgy editing. I have seen her on other things before and liked her. Austin and Erin - Seemed to click straight away, very likeable pair. Gary and Karen - Hmmm....Gary seems a bit self-important sorry. Anton and Gillian - Seem like a lot of fun. Mark and Hayley - Can't see possibility of showmance here either to whoever said so Both seem nice though and he seems enthusiatic and likeable.Jessie and Darren - She really annoys me sorry. Everytime I see her I just want Letitia back. Ola and Andrew - I really like Andrew, but not sure as he's so tall. Lilia and Don - He's incredibly likeable, she seemed a bit odd with him to me though. Flavia and Phil - I like them, but then I would. Maybe not instant connection (add in possible shock/awkwardness factor too), but Phil is a fun guy. I hope people aren't going to be too anti because of last year, hardly Phil's (or Flavia's) fault who he is partnered with. Brian and Heather - She seems lovely and well up for the show, I think she may be very good but may suffer from being less well known than the others. Also he seems so affected I will find it tough to root for them. John and Kristina - Tons of fun ![]() Cherie and James - She seems awesome and I think she could be very good, I reckon she'll stay in the longest out of the older lot. Vincent and Rachel - SHould do well, am looking forward to seeing their dances. Jodie and Ian - SHe seems nice but looks like she could be very ungainly and tomboy-ish. Tom and Camilla - I like Camilla and think these two could be awesome together. He seems very sweet, not sure they particularly gelled first meeting but we only saw like 3 seconds. I'm feeling more interested in seeing the older generation at the moment than the younger lot, they seem to have more verve and personality. |

Lol..sorry I just did a cut and pasty-job for the names.
She seems very nervous but I think Matthew will bring it out of her and she'll end up being good. |

Christine seem very nice, but despite have a fantastic body does seem to be very self concious about it which could bring them problems, however with Matthew she's got the ideal person to build her confidence, Brendon would have been a disaster with her.
