ooo not tried sweetcorn but do love to add other things to it, chopped garlic, cream and mixed herbs, anything to funk it up a lil Let me know how it tastes!

nope. I'm not a fan of sweetcorn blended into other recipes, I like it added natural. Cauliflower and potatoe mash is nice though.

I'm getting more into Sweekcorn, but wouldn't the skin be a problem in mash?

I agree, I think creamed sweetcorn would work better. I mash steamed cauliflower and broccoli into my mash, but never use butter or milk. Low fat sour cream makes a lovely mash, and if you like mustard mmmmm
