Where to buy wheat?
I have an wine recipe that calls for wheat and I'm not sure where to go to buy it - a quick scan of the supermarket shows many wheat products such as bulgar wheat and wheat germ but I don't think that's what I need (though I'm not 100%, it's a very old hand written recipe and merely calls for wheat!). Have I just missed it in the supermarket or do I need to hunt for a health food shop, can you even still buy plain wheat?
TIA

Does Boots still have a beer making section? If so then you may find it in there. Otherwsie I think a heathfood shop or farm shop may be your best bet.
