I am an avid Queen fan and I hope the new album is as good as you say it is.
I am a bit disappointed with the single though, but I still downloaded it. |

off to buy this at lunch time. I was a bit dubious about the Queen and PR link up and so didn't see them live at first bnut then I got Return of the Champions for Christmas and loved it. It isn't Freddie but if you listen to it with an open mind and expect something different you can hear how much they enjoyed playing with each other and had a great time.
Hope the album is just as good. |

i wasn't overly keen on the single but its growing on me
stand out tracks for me are the cosmos rocks - very rocky ! surf's up..schools out - very rocky ! warboys - very rocky ! call me - very happy smiley song ! voodoo - nice blues song, brilliant guitar work as a queen fan since 1978, i was hoping it wouldn't be a letdown and it certainly isnt as far as im concerned, very happy with it , cant wait til i see them in cardiff |

totally disagree with you but thats what personal taste is about isn't it - I've got everything they've ever done and have seen them in concert several times so i'm not just a casual fan - but i really think it's excellent and I think it stands alongside the rest of the catalogue with no problem
at all - better than some of the albums the've done in the past but obviously not up there with ANATO or ADATR for example, but then not many albums are |

I have the new Queen + Paul Rogers album. Like many have said it is not the Queen that we are use to, but I still think it is a very rocky and fantastic album. It's very rocky. The songs I like are:- The Cosmic Rocks Warboys Surf's Up...School's Out Time To Shine Small We Believe

only half way through it at the moment as had too many things to do yesterday.
Love warboys and it is a very fun album, even the title track is very fun and tongue in cheek |

It could only have been Brian May who came up with that title for the album, what with his doctorate in astrophysics n' all.
Not a bad album. But it could never scale the heights of a real Queen album with Freddie. |

I love the Album, small, call me and still burning are all great, te rest are growing on me.
A few clunkers, and some clunky lyrics here and there, but overall, not "Queen's" worst album. |

I am a bigger fan of Paul rodgers than Queen so for me it's a question of is it up a decent Paul rodgers album. I think you will find a lot of people coming from this angle!

Finally heard the album in full and I think it's great. It's just 3 people have a lot of fun in the studio and this is the result. None of the tracks are meant to be hugely deep monologues on society or politics (although maybe warboys is) etc but it's still a good album |

Anyway - I'm throughly loving my copy. You discover more and more with every listen. From what I've read on the web, should go in at no.3 this week. |

have heard the album and I think it's total rubbish, some songs to me sound like a Cliff Richard b-side. At times cheesy but manly dull.

I haven't really been behind the whole Queen and Paul Rodgers thing. I don't think I even have enough interest to take a quick listen to the album.

I think it sounds like a good Bad Company album with a few Queen riffs/harmonies here and there....

Finally "Hot Space" isn't Queen's worst album.
