Lost Programming Guide
The Program Guide on my DTR6300 gradually disappeared and now is completely devoid of any programs.
I got a message from TUTV saying that they were aware of some customers having such a problem and to switch the box off at the mains and then back on to see if it resolved the matter. Their engineers were investigating. Presumably still investigating. |

So you've not been receiving the EPG updates?

If, like the DHD4000, your box uses 4TV for its EPG data, maybe you have lost Mux D and can no longer receive channel 300.
Can you still get Virgin 1 and Film4 (among others)? |

It's different on the the DTI6300. EPG and series link data is transmitted on MUX A daily between about 11:30 and 11:45 AM
