sony card slot

hi
i have a sony 41'' widescreen projection screen which has ondigital built into it
but in order to view these channels i need a card
i got a card, and guess what, i don't know where to put the card because i cannot find a slot
could anybody please, please help me by telling me where the card is supposed to go?

Don't quote me on this, but I thought most IDTVs require a CAM (Conditional Access Module ) which is the Ondigital Subscription device that allows your TV to access the pay TV channels. The card goes into this CAM device. Look in your TV instrux manual for info on where to insert the CAM.. or where to insert the card come to that!

So if you have a slot that looks like a mobile PC card slot, thats what you need to get. Call OnDigital and they should supply one. Of course if its a pirate card you're trying to use, they wont send out the CAM without a subscription, so I believe.

Sorry if that's wrong but I'm sure it applies to most IDTVs.

yes, looking at the Sony website, it quotes:

PCMCIA slot for Ondigital module

so the previous reply seems correct.
