Looking for a new video sender
My trusty old AEI has finally bitten the dust. The transmitter box has stopped working, It maybe just the power supply brick which has gone and I will test that later (involves hoiking the old lump of a TV out of the corner) but assuming it isn't anyone got any recommendations?
I have previously thought that if I was buying today I would get the AEI Gold X4 as I like the idea of being able to relay up to four devices but I am open to other options. |

Doh! Panic over.
Turns out yesterday when I had a problem with the IR return signal (turned out to be the remote remote batteries) and had tried moving the transmitter box about on the shelf that I had nudged the power switch into an On'ish / OFF'ish position. ![]() I had forgotten it even had an ON/OFF switch as I use a switched extension lead round near the front of my TV to turn my ancillary A/V equipment on and off. At least the TV is out of its corner now so I can get on and do that dusting and recabling I have been planning.
