I think its pretty obvious that Dan the Man will be there, but who will join him?

Im thinking Keesha will, because America selected her to get the jury prize, and is therefore liked. She also won quite a few things which would help her out.

Maybe Jerry would be there to because of his apparent skill at making it to the final 3. Personally I think it was sheer luck over any particular gameplay, but for a 75 year old man to get to the final 3 is still a good show, no matter how odious he is.

Of the rest, possibly Memphis, Renny, and even Jessie and Libra. Though Libra in particular strikes me as someone who would be a nominee for entry but then not make it into the cast. (Eg Dana, Ivette and co. last time.)

Big Brother 9:
I think the only housemates even worth considering for entry would be Sheila, Natalie and James. I have a feeling Natalie will be back no matter what lol.

Big Brother 8:
Quite a few who could return. I think Dick and Eric are guarantees, and then possibly Jess, Jen, Daniele, Nick or even Amber-bamba.

Dan definitely, possibly Memphis, it may be like Will wanting to have Boogie with him in All-Stars, Dan may want Memphis otherwise Dan could very well be the easy target and voted out first considering now he is one of, if not THE best player of all time.

Renny, Jerry and Keesha all possibilities.

As you say BB9 didn't really have any good players or personalities, but I'd say Natalie, James, Matt and Sheila could all be possibilities.

BB8 had a few, Evel Dick and Eric as you say would be guarantees and possibly Jen too. I don't think they'd put Daniele in again with her Dad. Jessica, Amber...maybe, but don't think they'd get the votes to return.

I suppose it depends when Allstars 2 is.

I would expect it in 2010 at the moment, because there were 5 seasons of BB before Allstars1 (not including BB1) so by this time next year, we would have had 5. If they do a winter edition in 2010, then we would get six full series and then you could do the second allstars.

I think people like Keesha and Jessica would need it to be relatively soon, seeing as the public choices for BB7 were from BB5 and 6 except for Erika, and to be honest, she wouldnt have got it if a more popular female from BB5/6 was chosen instead of Ivette!

They may do something different with it kind of like how Survivor did Fans v Faves for their 'second All-Stars'.

I was thinking before they may pair fans up with faves.

For the second all stars, I'd like to see Dick and Daniele from bb8 (didn't watch enough of bb9) and for bb10 i'd love Dan and Keesha and Maybe Memphis.

It'll be interesting to see what they come up with next time really - Memphis wasnt really that special in my opinion so I dont think he should be there. But they could then have 4 really dud series so you never know.

The only people I woud call certainties (if they want to do it) would be Dick, Eric and Dan.

I'm sure there will be some variation on the All-Star theme for BB14.

bb8-Dick, Eric -Maybe Jen, Dani
bb9-Crazy James, Adam -Maybe Nat, Matt
bb10-Dan, Memphis, Keesha -Maybe Libra and hopefully Angie

I think Dick, Eric, Crazy James, Dan and Memphis would be locks if they have another all stars.

Big Brother 8- Daniele, Amber

Big Brother 9- Chelsia (Surely!?), James, Mattie, Nattie

Big Brother 10- Keesha, Renny, Memphis

I dont think winners should be allowed back, and i dont think Jerry would want to do it again.

Why shouldn't winners be allowed back? Surely they are the most deserving of the title 'All-Star'.

If winners weren't allowed back then Dr Will wouldn't have been in the first All-Stars and that season would have hurt badly if that was the case.

I think the Renegades'll need to be together. Dan only got to the final thanks to Memphis, and vice versa. One without the other will just seem a bit obscure.

As for the third person, I think they'd pick Jerry, as the oldest House Guest ever on BB:US. I'd love either Renny or Brian (I know he only lasted a week but he's still pretty memorable ) to be given another chance ahead of him TBH.

I'm sure there will be some variation on the All-Star theme for BB14.
The All-Star format sounded like a good idea on paper but it was a flawed format overall. Alliances and boot lists were set up well before the game even began between the known all-stars that were tapped to be included. The returning housemates were well too hyper-aware of the cameras, microphones (Will's muffling of the mics and the whispering drove me crazy to no end) and production having been in the rat cage before and played off of all of them. The end result was a pre-written storyboard that unfolded live on the feeds. It was contrived and it was forced.

Don't get me wrong, it was fun seeing our favourites from past seasons return but the luster wore off quickly when it became less a game and more of a competition about ego showboating . Of course, this is my own personal opinion.

Housemates like Marcellas and Diane actually tarnished their reputations by agreeing to participate. Marcellas came off as a whinging bitter old queen in All-Stars and less of the sarcastic gameplayer we enjoyed in BB3. Feisty Diane's personality didn't show up at all in All-Stars and was viewed as a constantly miserable mope. Even the fun-loving Howie came off as a jerk (especially once he hit the Jury House).

To me, it just wasn't as fun and the expectations feel far below the mark. The All-Star seasons of The Amazing Race and Survivor also left me cold. Maybe I'd just rather see new people than a conglomeration of been-there seen-thats.

The producers didn't enjoy the All-Stars formats and the ratings dictated that the public grew weary of it as well. That's why I fully believe it will not be performed ever again

But the producers and Jeff Probst also hated Survivor All-Stars, so much so that Jeff almost wanted to quit after that season. But that didn't stop them doing Fans v Faves eight seasons later.

I agree that Big Brother All-Stars may have been flawed, I never watched it during it's original air date, so never saw any live feed and maybe that sucked. But the actual CBS show is pretty good and I know it still has lots of fans. So I think for BB14 they'll have some variation on an All-Star theme at least.

I just dont think they should be allowed to compete again, having already won $500,000 (or in Dan's case $520,000!).

Look at the way people were so annoyed with Rob and Amber- if you dont watch Survivor/The Amazing Race, they competed on one Survivor each, Survivor All Stars, The Amazing Race and The Amazing Race All Stars.

They could have pocketed $2m had they won all 4 and i dont think thats right or fair.

A name that no one has mentioned but must surely be allowed another go is Brian from BB10!

Had he not made 12 deals on the opening night he may have been a good player later on. He also came across quite funny in that task he took part in with all the former HG's

From BB10 I'd like to see Renny, Libra, Keesha and Dan.

From BB9 I'd like to see Sheila. I could also see James and Natalie being involved.

From BB8 I'd like to see Jen and Dick, though I doubt they'd both do it together. I would also expect to see Eric, Danielle and maybe Jessica.

Great minds think alike...

BB8: Dick (or Daniele), Jen, Eric
BB9: Natalie, Matt, maybe. urm...
BB10: Dan, Memphis, Libra, April

I think these players would add drama. There are other players who were more popular, but wouldn't add a lot to the game.

BB9: Sheila, Matt, James, Natalie

BB10: Brian, Jessie, Libra, Renny, Keesha, Dan.

They're not just people who I'd like to see there, but also people who I think would be considered even though I don't like them.

I sincerely hope they have no-one from BB9 though, except Sheila. And I wouldn't want Dick neither, but he would be a certainty. On the other hand, it might be interesting to have just one Donato on their own, to see how they'd cope without a guaranteed allie who they can trust 100% because they're related, and without the producers favouring them as well. Then we'd see that neither of them were really good players at all.
