The 'Guthrie Plus' hardware and garden store in Kirkintilloch (19 Cowgate - the library end of the high street, next to WH Smith) has a bunch of Xbox 360 and PS3 games going really cheap. I picked up* Far Cry 2, Dead Space and SW Force Unleashed for £10 each.

*Actually my father in law picked these up for me so I am not 100% sure what else they have. The newspaper advert also indicated that they had Mercenaries 2 for PS3 and games for Wii and DS.

Odd note - The advert also clearly stated it was old Woolies stock but the three games I got are clearly with Morrisons stickers. I'm not sure where they have got hold of this stuff from but at £10 a pop it's worth nipping in tomorrow if you are in that neck of the woods.

I've just seen Mirror's Edge in my local Asda for £13! Not sure if they're all doing it though.

Noticed this last Thursday, (subject to stock) this is a nationwide deal.

From what I've read the stock is all ex-Woolworth's bought from the administrator. No bad thing. I think they also have Pure in stock too, at a good price.

As for Mirrors Edge, I'm tempted, but I've heard so many mixed reviews about it. Most seem to suggest that it's more of a technical showcase for DICE which gets quite repetitive. Bit unsure, myself. Good price all the same.
