I caught some of this nonsense last night.

When Tess Daly was talking to Flavia Cacace, I could see Christine Bleakley in the background rolling her eyes and shaking her head, with a look of disdain upon her face.

Anyone know the story behind this?

Oh for goodness sake you have no idea what she was making a face at....the people at the back are chit chatting to each other all the time during the Tess interview bit she could have been responding to anything that Matthew or someone else said to her.....do you watch with a magnifying glass !!!

Perhaps she was bemoaning her nerves at having to do the girl's dance, or the judges not particularly nice comments to P and F or ...anything...............

Agree with Jan, it could have been in relation to anything. Ian was making faces at another point, does that mean he doesn't like whoever was being interviewed at that time?

I didn't notice anything. I think you might be reading a bit too much into it! If she was rolling her eyes, it could have been for a number of reasons. Everyone is always whispering and joking around in the background and there are people in the off set area at the side of the room who could have been motioning something to her etc etc etc.

Why would she dislike Flavia? Christine seems like a nice girl and Matthew gets on very well with Flavia apparently, so I just can't see it.

No I didnt see it BUT have you never been talking to one person and inadvertantly staring at someone else it happens all the time.....

Christine comes across as a sweet girl I cant see her having a nasty bone in her myself.

Christine could easily have been shocked at the comments. Some were very personal and below the belt.

Maybe she was disapproving the low marks they recieved? That's what it looked like to me.

I don't think anyone's having a go at you, you asked people to explain what was going on and many are just giving their thoughts on it.

I've just watched it back again and Christine is smiling and listening very intently when Phil is speaking she does a bit of a head shake when the camera is on Flavia which IMO seems to be a reaction to the score received. Defo don't think there is anything against Flav.

What complete and utter nonsense. As Tess interviewed Phil rather than Flavia, if there were any rolled eyes during the interview then presumably Phil was the target. BUT......At the end Tess remarks that all Phil's fellow celebs thought he should have got a higher score and Christine is one of the one's who applauds the sentiment and audibly says yes. So no issue.

Huh? When was this? I just watched it back and i couldn't even see Christine in the background when F&P were getting their scores. Where is she standing?

I believe Christine did this so someone could start a thread about it on DS.

You need to be watching in widescreen to see her. She was on the far left of the screen, sitting down.

She looked quite happy the rest of the time.

Exactly, it was only when the scores were announced that she had a look of disdain on her face, if that`s what you call it.
