I like tea prepared the Indian way: Tea or teabags boiled with water, cloves, cardamom and fennel seeds and (once everything has steeped) milk.

I enjoy a nice cup of tea, and I think to have the best cup of tea, don't use tea-bags, use loose tea, and buy a good brand or blend like Twinings Assam or Breakfast tea.

It's a false economy to buy cheap tea, because you can use less of a more expensive leaf, and let it stand longer to get the strength and the flavour.

Another important factor in making a good cup of tea is to always use freshly boiled water--the oxygen bubbles help with the brew.

Has to be Yorkshire- the others are too weak. Yorkshire decaf is really nice if you don't want caffeine- other brands of decaf tea are horrible

Great tea. I've not bought any other type since first trying it about two years ago.

Twinings Assam, loose or in bags for me.

I did try Tesco's finest range of Assam which wasn't too bad as second place.

Twinings Everyday tea
Twinings English Breakfast tea
Assam
Earl Grey
Typhoo
Co-Op 99
Many of the shops own gold version and red versions

PG-Tips is OK now and then is too strong a tea, even though I do like my tea made strong.

Not that keen on Tetley as it is too weak.

I like most teas other than most of the rubbish basics supermarket ones.

I am not sure if you can just get it in NI - but you can't beat a good strong cup of nambarrie
