Isn't Dual just a badge used by one of the supermarkets now? (quick google shows it's Asda).

So you need to approach Asda about one.

Sorry for the late reply - didn't realise I had a reply as DS didn't send me the notification e-mail.

I bought the TV second-hand but in as-new condition from my brother as the tube was failing on my 20" Philips set and he didn't need it anymore due to upgrading to an LCD.

He's not sure when the manual or remote are and is still looking for them. I've found a website selling the remotes if I need to buy one but can't find the manual anywhere online, unlike some of the bigger brands like Panasonic where you can easily download them.

I'm using my Sky remote for the basic functions and have managed to change a couple of basic settings using the buttons on the front of the set but there are a few settings - such as those for the second scart socket that I would like to know more about before I change anything.
