Part 1:
I'm a big fan of Ching-He Huang and have probably seen most of her programs, but have a problem with a noodle program i've just seen.
It's not with the recipe but the comparison with an instant product.
I know Pot Noodles and the like are not gourmet products but at the same time you have to take price into the equation.
I wouldn't mind if it was just noodles and veg, but in the program she opened a bag of bamboo shoots and a bag of bean sprouts then added some chicken breast (I suppose it was corn fed & free range). I know i'm being anal but they were the really good plastic containers which must cost more.
Those products really up the price of your bog standard stir fry!
