Salmon en Croute - Homemade

Hi everyone,

I recently saw a recipe for mini individual beef wellingtons, which was great. It got me thinking I love Salmon on Croute but think I can do better with the ame basic principles and on a better budget than the current version I prefer which is 8 pounds from Tesco.
Salmon, covered in cream cheese, wrapped in a pastry parcel, beaten with egg and cooked...... does anyone know how long it should be cooked for and at what temperature to ensure the fish is cooked properly?

Thanks in advance!

A few currants and some finely chopped stem ginger will make a big difference. I promise.

I cooked this recently and cooked it for about 25 minutes on 200c. It turned out beautifully even if I do say so myself!
