If you feel you have any then post here:

BUY THIS: A Perfect Circle: Thirteenth Step Excellant second album. Full of melodic tunes.

BIN THIS: Athlete:Vehicles & Animals 2 good tracks. But the rest of the album is very bland.

Buy these

Tim Burgess- I believe. Not like The Charlatans but full of catchy feelgood tunes.

Jet- Get Born. Good varied album, bit like The Vines.

I agree about the Athlete album, the singers voice gets a bit annoying after a while.

If they're anywhere as perfect as '3 Libras', I'm getting it.

Athlete are great! A very strange, eclectic album, so probably not for everybody's tastes though.

Palomino: You should buy this if you like Mer de Nom. Normally when I put a CD on I'll skip a few to get to a REALLY good track but with this you can listen from the start.

Kingdavera: I listened to it about 3-4 times and just didnt GET it, I did try to like it, but I think that all the songs do just sound the same apart from the 2 singles they released.

It took me a while. I listened to it, kinda went 'huh? this is nothing like El Salvador'. I slung it to one side, then mentioned it to somebody at work a month or so later. She extolled its virtues, so I thought I'd give it another try. Next time around it seemed so much better. Some music does that.

yep, it's a fantastic album... 'A Stranger' is gorgeous, 'Pet' rocks like a b***** and 'the nurse who loved me' is warped beauty at its best

Also buy... Deloused in the Comatorium - The Mars Volta
If you loved At the Drive In, you'll love this! If you don't remember them, buy it anyway! (featuring guest appearences from various Chillis )

Already sitting proud in my collection.

Funny I thought Sparta would be better, so I bought Sparta first it's a great album, especially track 11 (cant remember the name) but then I was a bit dubious about getting The Mars Volta until I heard.the track with the funny title esp or something... and then I was surprised that it was ....oooooo.. that little bit better than Sparta's

Looking at your singers of the moment , I think we like basically the same music......I dont feel like a freak anymore..
