I hope Dannii wins again
If groups are true it's obvious the producers want a faux Cheryl/Simon battle throughout the live shows, and I think they feel the over 25s is the worst group to have. I think they're a good group though. There are some good groups and I think Louis will do ok, but I want Dannii to come to the front and win. She has been left out of nearly all the audition shows to show loads of Cheryl footage (I know shes new etc etc), and I think she's little more than an afterthought for the producers, which just makes me want her to win even more. We all know she has her opinions, and on the live shows she can't be edited out so we'll get the Dannii back from last series.

I think Danni is my favourite judge. She's warm and very kind, but she'll give constructive comments and opinions when she has to. She was a great judge last year (the first time her act was in the bottom two was in Week 4!
And then her two boys got to the final two!).I think she's quite funny as well. I just saw her on the Nickelodeon Kid's Choice awards and she was very sweet on that.

Yeah it's just rubbish when a new judge is given the best group and all the attention, while the old judge is just pushed off to the side! Totally horrible and unfair and it was serve Simon and Cheryl right if Dannii wins.
Just a question, do Dannii fans suffer from some sort of memory loss? |

If your referring to Sharon then that's bollocks. She was given an awesome category, and took the piss with it. The three she had could have been amazing (even Shivahz), with the right songs.
Whatever. She was still pushed off to the side for the "Dannii Minogue Programme". Some people are clearly not liking it in reverse. |

The difference was that Sharon hated not being in the spotlight and made a public embarrassment out of herself, whereas Dannii is contently getting on with her job which will hopefully lead her to winning the show.
I'm not talking about how Dannii is taking it, I'm talking about how her fans are taking it. Quite ironically, many are taking as badly as Sharon did last year. Quite a bit of nastiness on this board towards Cheryl Cole. |

She really does know what she's talking about. Like you said, she's fair, honest, constructive but kind with it her comments. Last year she never patronised her acts. Even through a great performance, if she felt something wasn't that strong, she'd point it out. Last year, she was very honest and showed great leadership with her acts. She was the first to arrive and last to leave. She also got alot of stick from that drama queen, Sharon, but still remained level headed and handled the criticism with good grace. In the end, she kept focused and came out on top. Danni may have got the strongest category last year but the way I see it, you're only the best, if you're the best of the best. She gave them some fantastic material, worked hard with them and gave them a great sense of direction. That's what being a great mentor is being about. Regardless of whether she wins or not, I think her act(s) will do well, despite which category she gets. This is because, I believe that her skills as a judge can turns something good into great. She's a fab judge imo who has been deeply overshadowed this year in the auditions process. I'm hoping in the live shows she really shines. There is no chance of editing. Oh yes, before anyone asks. I do like Cheryl too. Its actually Louis that I cant stand. Cheryl has impressed me as judge but my favourate is still Danni but then I favour her over all of them. |

The girls last year were dire. Emily shouldnt have made it past bootcamp at all. Kimberly wasnt exactly great, and alisha wasnt anything amazing either.

To be fair, alot of people are moaning about the Cheryl Cole show and how Danni is rarely seen. I am one of those people, not because I dislike Cheryl but because I like Danni and think it's a bit unfair she's being pushed to the side.
i like Cheryl but im sick and tired of Danni being sidelined. i thought she was fab last year,a really good and fair mentor. unlike Mrs O who was more munter than mentor. I hope we get to see more Danni hereon in. |

the likes of Laura White from this year would have wiped the floor with them from a great height. it said something when the Osbourne woman had to pin her hopes on the ungainly nervous Alisha who couldnt even sing a sentence in tune.

I would so love Dannii to win with her category again this year just to wipe the smug smile of Simon's face. Having said that, my favourite is in the girls' category so I'm in a dilemma. I also think one of the young males has the potential to do very well in the comp.Quote:

People seem to forget that last year prior to the first live show apparently Rhydian along with Same Difference were the favourites to go out first then on the live show Simon absolutely tore shreds off Leon to the point of telling him he took someone else's place.
There were also alot of people on these boards saying that Dannii should have put Dom through instead of Rhydian. (Prior to the first show). Obviously as it turned out Dannii did in fact have the strongest group but not sure that it was so obvious at this stage of the competition as it is with Cheryl. |

I hope Dannii wins again, with the added bonus of how much it would piss off Osbourne....again when she hears about it.

I love dannii always have done, I bought a couple of her albums and really enjoyed them. Since she's been on the x factor I've grown to love her more. She seems very down to earth and very fair and nice. Cheryl who I also like seems a little above herself sometimes. I stopped watching the auditions because it annoyed me how the show was edited around boring miss cole! She seemed really nice and bubbly on the passions of girls aloud, but it's not coming accross now.
Dannii has the worst group ![]() She should have had girls or groups. |

I wish Emma had been made a full time member of the panel. I bet Simon is kicking himself he didn't take her on instead of Cheryl. He wanted a Spice Girl.
But if Girls Aloud do go on tour in the states next year then Cheryl might have to leave X Factor anyway. |
