I recently got a 26" Samsung HD TV and along with Sky HD have been enjoying the view. I got one of those cheap Logitech DVD HDMI upgrading players from Tesco (£20)yesterday and the pictures are excellent. Noticed though in one DVD the screen went blank a few times for a few seconds and then came back on. I am new to all this HD , so is the penalty for trying a low priced DVD or is it a cable or compatabilty issue ?

or maybe the connection failed for a moment - when this happens the tv and device have to re-calibrate which takes a few moments of black screen.
