As some of you may know I have been a homechoice/ Tiscali customer for a number of years... Things started to go wrong when Tiscali took over.... They have to be one of the worst company I have had the misfortune of deal with which is a huge contrast to homechoice who were one of the best company Iv'e dealt with.

All my migration problems were eventually resolved but I have had enough of their shoddy customer services and internet connection. I can no longer play xbox live without it being laggy in the evennings and watching youtube is an absolute joke at times. My connection speed is good (6.5meg) but if I cannot use its potential then what is the point?

When I was disconnected for a whole day last month with no real explanation I realised how much I actually rely on the net.

Yes the TV is good but having a decent internet connection is more important to me. I can make do with a freeview box.

Iv'e given my MAC code to o2, I just hope it goes smoothly.

Thanks to everyone on this forum for being a shoulder to cry on when things were bad!

Can't wait till I finally remove Tiscali from my life... For good!
