Ladies and Gentlemen.

Hidden away on local commerical radio is a man named Ian Watkins.

Some may know this name if you had read the interview with Iain Lee in the Radio Magazine over the summer.
Iain Lee named 'Watko' among his top 5 radio personalities and said he's the next big thing.

If you wish to find out why Iain Lee gave a nod to Ian Watkins, then listen to Ian's 'That Friday Feeling' show on Mansfield 103.2 FM tonight 19:00-22:00pm
You can listen live via the http://www.mansfield103.co.uk/ website.

The show is three hours of calls from the listeners with a light sprinkling of cheesy music.
If you like a crazy talk radio which includes calls going straight to air, then you will love this show.

Think of TFF as being like Iain Lee's Virgin radio show, but with more time for the callers to say their piece.

Call Ian Watkins and Producer Christoff on 01623 666000.

Email:studio@mansfield103.co.uk

For some reason, I didn't know about this show the first time around.

After hearing the first half hour, Ian seems to be making a much more entertaining show than Iain Lee has since the afternoon shows on LBC. The problem with Iain Lee is his constant sarcastic tone. Ian Watkins is doing the same free format without the need for constant sarcasm. Fantastic!

This show is refreshing after hearing Iain Lee's recent efforts on Virgin, much in the same way Iain Lee's show was in 2005 after hearing so many tired, unimaginative and clichéd topical phone-in shows.

I think he would be a great signing for Play Radio.
