We have a Thomson DTI6300 running software 2.99. When we go to Library there are 3 files that cause problems. If we try to access them the box crashes. Can anyone tell us how to get rid of these files?

Hi m8
I to had this problem and i found the answer on this forum.
From what i remember you need to go to the recording above it the very quickly press down, then blue then green.
this will delete the recording.

Go to Menu -> Setup -> Help and press 1397 to get into the engineers menu. There's an option in there to temporarily turn off video display so that yuo can delete recordings like this.

Many thanks to both of you. I have now managed to delete the files by following your tips.
