Oh dear, I know there's plenty hot chilli fans here, you are playing Russian roulette.

An amateur chef died the day after eating a "superhot" chilli in a bet with his friend over who could make the hottest dish, an inquest heard.

Grr, can't believe I was fooled into clicking though to that rag - once again it's a misleading headline, they haven't done a post mortem yet and have no idea what the cause of death was (just to save anyone else clicking through).

if this would true there would be high numbers of heart attacks from pepper sprays, because they contain incredible amounts of capsicum in them. The stuff that makes chillis hot.

It's the fact that his skin was itching that makes it seem as though he could have been suffering from some sort of allergic reaction to the chillis .

There was a thing on Top Gear once, and Hammond had this chilli that you couldn't put in food, you just had to kind of rub on the food. He put it on his tongue and had a major chillli-reaction (eyes watering etc). Now, I don't know if that was fake (probably lol) but if it wasn't, does anyone know what kind of chilli it was?
