Good job he didn't win - wouldn't have made great publicity for Sralan.

Much better to be caught up in some sex and drugs orgy than this.

That's a good point - it would have been a huge media story and might have even lead to SAS backing out of the show....

There were many things I liked about Tre on the show, but he never struck me as being especially honest....

Well he was brutally honest but only in the sense that he'd let you know exactly what he thought about you/anything. No holds barred. Lol.

Yeah, I know. And what with all his righteous indignation over issues of morality as well.

I quite liked him too. Shame.

ah, ok - in that way he was pretty up front, but not honest in the trustworthy sort of way, as i guess this episode proves....

I wonder why it's taken so long to come to court.

Was he aware that this was hanging over him when he did TA?

Remember the episode when they were searching for items and he asked the supplier to waiver VAT?

Should have known then that he was dodgy!

He's the one who suggested his employer's name "Certus" as a team-name in ep1, to get them some free publicity. And as The-Apprentice says, he suggested VAT fraud in ep4. He never seemed trust-worthy to me and I'm not surprised by this new development.

Tre is still presenting a radio show.
Does anyone know the final outcome of this court case? He's obviously not in prison!
I did like him very much.
