Inspired from; 'Whats for dinner tonight?' - I thought I'd make a thread for everyone to report of their cheeky cravings they just COULDN'T resist; from crisps to chocolate, sweets, chips & burgers, as well as that cheeky coca-cola & that delicious jam doughnut... and everything else junky!

I've allowed myself a piece of 'no-added-sugar' Sainsbury's chocolate (so far) today.

How about you?

Just had chips for dinner with my fish... But I had a side salad, and I left a few chips so that doesn't count either
I haven't had chips for ages, so they're a rare treat!!

That's Ok though - if you have salad with chips, the salad cancels out the calories - so if you left some chips too, that's negative calories! Good work!

Plain chocolate 2 fingered kit-kat. 106 cals so quite pleased with myself. I even washed it down with a bottle of white wine instead of red. Red is so calorific don't you think? Yep, i've been a good boy...

Mini angus burgers and fries at Burger King.
An Emmental Babybel.
Two bags of crisps.
Curly fries and spare ribs.
There's not much in my day that isn't junk

I've got some gorgeous chocolate ice-cream in the freezer that I remembered I bought LAST FRIDAY... I don't know HOW I forgot it! That'll be my indulgence for tonight I think...

I had a fair bit of crap over the weekend - Burger King on Saturday for lunch , loads of picky food at my friends Saturday evening

Yesterday I felt as though I was coming down with a cold so had chicken pie and mash for dinner.

Today thus far I've been good though - just a yoghurt for me!!!
