Just had a left over steak kebab. I'm not sure it could be classed as junk food. It was homemade spiced steak with a salad and pitta bread. Probably quite healthy

Nothing today, I had a chicken stir fry for tea.

However, I wish I was near one of these - http://fishki.net/comment.php?id=41912

I also love this from the company website -

Two small Hotdogs, do they count as junk food?

If not, only junk type thing I've had today is a can of energy drink, and breaking my rule of one a day only, I've opened a second can just now...

I had Fish n Chips for lunch, but as it was from a Fish shop that is now under new management and therefore I was trying out the new place to see what it is like and that means it was an experimental lunch, it equals a zero calorie count.

Loving the rather shameful excuses guys!

I'm craving a Mars Bar, and as I'm walking to the shop in a minute to do my Lotto, I might buy one (haven't had one for MONTHS!)... Therefore, I'm ACTUALLY feeding my CRAVING, not me... so calories or fatness don't count towards ME, just my craving!

I excelled yesterday. Steak & Kidney Pie & Chips for lunch, then an afternoon drinking session of 2 bottles of wine and a few beers, followed by dinner of Pizza, Garlic Bread, Potato Wedges and Chicken Wings.

I feel a bit rough today.
