Samsung TV Limitation - Samsung Elec and Dabs.Com
I have a problem with my Samsung 225MD Monitor TV.
If is is unplugged from the mains it loses its set up and analogue channels the DTV keeps its channels. Samsung state this is a 'Feature' and all their new TV's do this, which I find very alarming in this day and age of energy saving. (Well if you can believe them as depending which technician you get you get a differnet answer!) I have tried for a refund from Dabs but with no luck, neither Dabs or Samsung seem interested, not even when I mention trading standards. I am at present writing a letter of complaint to Samsung and Dabs. Any thoughts, does your TV do this? regards |
