I can't stand the smell of Red Bull so there's no way I'd even try it.

My OH went through a stage of drinking 2 cans a day for about 2 weeks, after about 3 days he started getting awful stomach cramps but thought nothing of it. We realised it maybe the Red Bull so he stopped drinking it and the cramps went. He had one can a few weeks ago and got stomach cramps again He's said he'll not drink it again

I thought it was not very good to mix energy drinks with alcohol?

I prefer Blue Charge from Asda, tastes more or less like Red Bull to me and it's half the price nearly.

It's like most things, some people can consume whatever and never have any problems, and there are the rare lot who can't take the energy drink and it contributes to whatever problems. MILLIONS drink energy drinks.

I would think a few a week is fine.

Saying that, I want to try and cut down, I have one can a day, and two cans on a Friday, and Saturday. Want to try and leave it at four over the Friday and Saturday.

But I don't drink coffee or alcohol, so I'm not adding it on to that also.

I managed to come off Coca Cola two years ago after having about 4 glasses a day nearly.

V energy drink rules over EVERYTHING in the energy drink world though.

Red Bull doesnt work for me, Relentless is stronger and has some effect.
Kick seems the same as Redbull but is much cheaper!
