My girlfriends coming round tonight and she's a bit poorly bless her, so i'm gonna cook her something for tea tonight !

I have a couple of lovely marks & sparks chicken kiev's in the fridge... what would be good to accompany them ? Something a bit different would be cool !

I've got some fresh salad leaves if they may be used !

Depends on the type of poorlyness

Comfort food is always a good option. With Kiev I would have chips & peas or green beans, but for comfort you may want mash & baked beans.
