I took on a young cat and her two only surviving kittens. It came today, that the little ones's were booked for their operations (one male on female).
I knew Mum would be calling all day and knew the kittens would be exhausted after their operations (especially the female).
What I never expected was Mum to be attacking them at every opportunity once coming home with them. I have them now separated, it's a nightmare. I can't open my doors without escaping cats and panic of conflict.
Will this pass or has Mum now lost all her mother bond since the sniff of the vets. The kittens are so raw, I find it mean.
Advice please!!

Mum may also smell something strange from the vets and this is making her fearful and aggressive, again this will calm down after a day or two when the scent is gone.
