I would not like to be in Louis' group this year....he always goes to Ireland! There's nothing wrong with wanting to go to your homeland but change it up a bit! When your friend goes off to Barbados or St. Tropez and your flight to Dublin is being called...I know I'd feel that little bit bitter

I feel a bit sorry for the groups, you've got all these lovely, hot places and then .. Ireland - no offence to anyone from Ireland.

LOL, I probably would be quite happy to get Dublin (which is a vibrant exciting city with great people) over somewhere hot and sunny, but I am odd in that I dont like heat and too much sun

I suppose Louis' choice could be influenced by the fact he's picked Shane Filan to help with choosing. Shane's wife has recently given birth - so he wont want to be too far from home (but I bet Louis would have picked Dublin regardless!)

At least the contestants coming back from Ireland don't have to hold in the news they got through for as long as someone coming back from Barbados! I'd still prefer Barbados though
