He was definitely the worst of the boys - no strength to his voice, nothing to it at all...

I agree with this, he is all right/good for a 16 year old, but not good enough for the show, would be better in a coupla years. I thought Austin and Liam had better voices than him.

He's got a pleasant enough voice but definitely not a recording voice. He comes across and sounds younger than a 16 year old too.

He's nice looking but boring. Very average. I don't see what Simon/the judges see in him

I kind of like Eoghan - I understand what you're saying about not having a lot of power, but he has a very nice tone and delivery and a husky quality to his voice that is memorable.

The weakest link for me is Liam who sounds like anyone else, has no distinctive quality to his delivery or the tone of his voice and I just haven't taken to Austin for some reason. Scott also is a little weak. My favourite out of all of the boys is Mali but I'm afraid he will be overlooked in favour of someone that the Cowell sees as more marketable ie Alan - average voice, beefcake looks. If you know, don't tell me as I've managed to avoid the spoilers.

He shouldn't be in the final 12, he was imo the weakest of the boys. I don't like him at all. He is my least favourite this year.

Its laughable that people think he is amazing based on the fact he is cute etc, there is no x factor voice there, a million boys in school can sing like that. By the way, im acutally doing my honours degree at uni im making a name for myself as well.

Im not too keen on him and would have preffered Liam. However, i will say good luck to him. Another thing is he seems to get a lot of stick around here and id like to remind people he is only a 16 year old.

I don't think he's that bad. There are worse singers in the final 12... *cough* Daniel for example...

Even though Eoghan is only 16, hes not gonna wake up one day and say, sound like Elton John. He is stuck with his sorta light boyband-ish voice forever. Of course with age it's going to get abit stronger and on a technical level, better.

Mali was only 15 but his voice had so much power and gravel to it. You can tell when he is older and gets full control over his voice, he is going to be amazing. Where as sadly I don't think Eoghan will ever go beyond sounding average. I don't think he is solo artist material and really not good enough for the final 12. Put him in a group and then he will be ok but I think he is probably the weakest (vocal wise) male to make it through to the live shows ever.
