This goes two ways.
How much will the production team control the publicity of the show so that their talent will go unscathed?
How many drugs stories do we here about with actors but imporantly how little do we know? This is what I mean by how much PR can they control.
I think overall, the producers will create a persona for their chosen winner and use means to diminish the ability of others to do well.
