Smoked rainbow trout
So I have some of the above, bought from the supermarket.
What is a good accompaniment to smoked trout? Ideally I'd like to use it cold as a snack rather than a hot meal. Maybe something using some wasabi? All ideas welcome, even stupid ones. |

I was going to suggest a nice horseradishy or mustardy potato salad with spring onions - but seeing as you're a wasabi fan I wonder if a little of that might work in a potato salad dressing?
I haven't tried it but I might as an experiment!

I ended up in Tesco looking around and found a gorgeous sauce that went so well with this and a few salad leaves.
It's a Tesco Finest Mustard and Dill sauce, absolutely lovely. Thanks for the ideas. |
