What a moaner? Suzie and Rikki. Now James.

Maybe it wasn't about not having a sob story, maybe it was about not being that great?

Isn't it funny how the acts that dont make it end up 'blasting' their mentors or the show itself

To be fair he does have a point, he probably would have gotten more airtime if he had a sob story, cause he had a decent voice he judst didn't have the story to go with the voice. Same with Suzie great voice but no sob story, so very little air time.

He wasn't that great. Rachel, reminds me of Charlie from Big Brother.

I have to agree with what James has said in this article though. When I saw him with the other contestants, I asked everyone in the room who he was because I'd not seen him before. We all said the same thing ... we didn't know him!!!

To be fair i saw him last night and i am like....who's that.
You can usually tell who's through with the amount of airtime they get

I agree, but he needs to hold his temper in-check...nobody at home knew who he was, now he's twice the loser.

To a point - because I'm guessing he hadn't made it to the top 12 and if he did, he would have gotten more screen time too. If it was like American idol, where we vote on the final 24 to make them final 12, I would understand the claims, and had we seen him less we might wouldn't have put him through. But since here they're picking the finalists, and are structuring the show in a way that in the end of the day we're only really familiar with the last 12, the only thing he can complain about is not being good enough to be featured.

I might be wrong, of course, we'll know within an hour, but if he hadn't made it, I don't think he has a right to complain, regardless of the fact I actually hate the sob stories.

The show has become the sob factor. He does have a point although i didn't rate him that much... but then again there were others i didn't rate either and they got through.

He did have a sob story-"I'm a failed professional golfer, my parents spent thousands and thousands on my career and I feel I have let them down and this is my last chance and I don't want to fail again" etc etc etc so what is he on about?

Rachel really hasn't done anything to be compared to Alexandra from BB9

If Rachel says "Memba I told you Louis" or tells Cheryl she will "never be ready" she gets my vote.

James should take a leaf out of Alexandra's book. Alexandra had a damn good case for making it to the live shows in 2005 (a much better case than James) and she was also barely shown until the late stages of bootcamp but she didn't moan, she just silently went away and worked hard for three years and look at her now. James should realise he didn't get through because he wasn't good enough. Simple. If he goes away for a year and works hard on improving himself, he could come back next year and get further. Also why did he want people to see hm hysterically crying?

And Dermot.

"I don't like sob stories" he says. I hate to think where that mic might be shoved.

As for James...I think he was better than Daniel, who for me is too cabaret, and Rachel, who can't remember more than a line at a time.

But they both have the sob factor. Although I think he's going the wrong way about it, I do agree with him.
