The Rhydian effect
Last year Rhydian wasn't that popular on here until the live shows so who do we think might have the Rhydian effect of 2008?
I even though she isn't offensive ( or in other words made out to be, like Rhydian again) it might be Ruth. I reckon she could be a darkhorse. Rachel is the obvious choice though. |

But he is already very popular and a fave so it kind of defeats the intentions the thread is made for to name Austin.
I think that may change. He's a very good singer and I think he may well come through week on week. I think Austin may win. |

No he's not as popular as that, IMO. Several people have been saying that they don't like him. The constant crying, the 'fame whore' thing etc. People aren't too fond of Austin right now.

I really like her and I'd love to see her win. I'm surprised not that many on here seem to get her style.

Well no they won't OD because her music isn't plastered across 40 music channels on Cable Satellite to be force fed to anybody who is willing and bored enough to listen to it.

I'm perplexed at how people like him because - well let's just see how the amps on a live rig handle his voice.
Really? Even after 4 series fn the show?

Yes I agree 100% that this years dark horse is Ruth. She has shone all the way through boot camp. You can see the passion she has for what shes doing and she is very likeable, with a great personality. Her odds keep dropping. Shes now 8/1 to win.
The spanish thing shes got going on could seperate her from the crowd and really make her stand out. Much like Rhydians crazy, dramatic first few performances from last year. |

![]() I'm always over-estimating who watches the show unfortunately and why. |
