I've been stupidly excited about all the XF shows this year - I normally love it but this year I love it just that bit more.

They're ok after a few weeks and you lose the weaker ones. Yes the first one is 2 hours long but I think they all only sing once? for a short period....it's alot of padding and adverts they have which does tend to drag on.

I was thinking that. I hope it's not like the hour long ones on American Idol where it's 3/4 filler and then results for like five minutes at the end, I prefer them just to get on with it!

"A Saturday night is for going out on the town and having fun!" they say - what utter rubbish. Us lot know better - a perfect Saturday night is settling down with a few drinks, nibbles and hour upon hour of X factor. The tears, the excitement, the songs, the upset, the "oh my god I can't believe they have gone in the first week, they were my favourite, I shall never watch this show again" - yup - THAT is what Saturday night is for.
