) and realised that he does float some boats, I'd say he was more like Marmite.....?

It isn't a show that I'd watch, so maybe I am at fault in assuming that only a desperado would think of appearing on it (which really, is what Will Young may have meant by more or less saying he'd do SCD when his musical career was on the skids!).... but celebs that appear on it do speak volumes to me. Negative volumes. If not a desperado in terms of career, then in the sense of being one (like Kerry Katona once seemed to be) who can only live in the full glare of publicity...

I'm not a dancer, but IMO he always seems much more expressive and his movements exaggerated (in a good way) than some of the other professionals. I'd say the same for Matthew Cutler - I find they both catch my eye a lot more in a large group of dancers.
