So if the allegations are true and she gets the boot ...
What do you think will happen? Who do you want to replace Rachel, IF the allegations are true and IF she gets booted off a la Lady Shivers ... ?

I don't think it will happen but if it does I would like Suzie to replace her.

I think she's stuffed her chances up by bitching in the papers, but she'd be my choice too.

What did she say?

I don't think they will replace her. They will know she won't get the votes because of the bad publicity and let her go 'naturally'. Or else they may do a fantastic PR job and bring in the children to 'melt our hearts'.

Claimed that 'Dannii didn't mentor us'

It would probably be Suzie though,a s Dannii did say Suzie was the c;psest to getting a yes out of the three she rejected. Who knows what the truth is in the newspaper articles anyway?
Haven't heard of Rachel potentially being disqualified though = has something happened recently? So far, her criminal past has not only been acknowledged but made quite a point of.....does she have an outstanding or especially violent conviction she's failed to mention before? xxxx |

It was more than just saying Dannii didn't appear much, it was about the whole of the experience, working long days, doing back to back interviews, not staying at Dannii's rented house, nothing really bad but still bitching about the production.

If she's taking drugs, she's a criminal right now - they HAVE to kick her out, especially after the two they booted last year for, one, an unfinished probation-type thing, and two, assault.
If she's still doing drugs, no matter how "mild" they are perceived to be, she cannot stay. |

I don't understand how Rachel was allowed to audition in the first place! If a contestant has a prior conviction, I thought they weren't allowed to compete? Or, is it because she was truthful from the beginning?
If the reports in the papers are true then I hope something does happen. Drugs shouldn't be glamourised. Also, if its true she is keeping the other contestant from rehearsing, then technically, could that be cheating?? |

With her criminal past if would be very diffucult for her to obtain a visa to America or Australlia. A nightmare for simon if he wants another Leona Lewis type winner Simon and the producers must have realised this as she progressd futher through the audition process. My guess is that they'll use her 'story' to gain publicity for the show but will use all their powers to stop her from winning. The same will be done with Daniel. This years Steve Brookstien. |

They won't need to do much.
Right or wrong there's no way the GBP will vote for her. Agreed. I think she has fans on these forums but after piece of bad publicity the viewer's comments have been really slating her. I will be very surprised if she goes far. Unless of course they can really do a great PR job. Who knows? |

I thought she wasn't that good a singer. The young girl who was a backing singer for Shane Ward was so much better then Rachel. I was really shocked that she didn't get through.
Do you think Danni just kept her in because she knew there would be loads of headlines? I may just not have remembered this correctly, but wasn't there a contestant a couple of years ago that had a conviction and was booted off the show by the producers? |

Hmmm rachel, I was surprised she was chosen as one of the 3 - dispite the above, as to date we have yet to see her sing a song without stopping mid way whining shes lost the words or the musics being played to fast, a bit of a liablity in that department one I think Simon noted during bootcamp and not just becuase of her attitude, I think its a serious gamble to have her on the live shows becuase shes not going to be able to stop the band and try to start again. The girls got a voice but its one think to sing along to the radio a totally different thing to sing to live music as we've seen she cant without messing it up. Im not sure shes going to be able to carry it off, even less so if shes stoned out of her face. we shall see tho.

Iagree ...
I think she's got a great voice. It's different enough to do her very well. But, it could be a complete car wreck when she gets on a LIVE Stage ![]() It's going to be compelling viewing either way
