If police can't prove that Kate Moss took cocaine despite having photographic evidence then they don't stand a chance proving smoking cannabis in a hotel room weeks ago.

I think the X-Factor powers that be will let nature run its course

Again, nobody has told you what to think. Although, may I suggest a trip to the doctors to have your ears tested.

I believe Kate Moss wasn't charged because the police could not definitely say what she was taking. So even if they were pretty sure she was taking a drug, they really had no chance of prosecuting her of having a Class A, B, C drug etc. They could have (and should have) probably charged her with attempting to take a drug I think.

It would be different if it was known cannabis was the drug in question because then the class is known.

I agree that nothing will come of it though.

I think she should be kicked off if the allegations are true.

Suzie should have been through not Rachel. Has she even sang a whole song yet?

Simon took one look at her and thought 'either way I win!'

Either the public take her to their hearts (hmmm, unlikely that the public would be so forgiving) and think it's amazing how she has battled to turn her life around (with added sensational stories that will inevitably come out in the press) or....

She spectacularly crumbles, reverts back to her old ways under the pressure and creates more sensational storylines for the show. At HER expense....most likely as she is a loose cannon.

I don't like the girl but I believe she has been set up for a huge fall.

Perhaps she should remember she is not a star yet. so it's a bit early to act like one”

The operative word being "if".......

Simon is loving every minute of the publicity she is generating for his cash cow. A Rachel is just what he needed!!

I personally do not like her (I won't dredge all that up again....) and I initially thought she had a great voice but, hearing her in subsequent performances after the first audition I wasn't so keen. Her rendition of Beautful was anything but and in places her voice sounds a bit strange - I can't put my finger on it.....

Anyway, I don't reckon she'll get thrown off. Cowell knew what publicity she would generate and now he is sitting back, rubbing his hands together in glee and watching it all kick off.

why the hell is she gonna be kicked out? for havin an argument with a contestant it happens every bloody year u cant everyone to get on. as for the drugs i dont care tbh.

i reckon all of this will go in favour of rachel anyway cos the more backlash she is getting the more her name is being mentioned its only helping her!

even if she doesnt win shel be signed.

By an agent for reality TV....not for what she really wants. Cowell thinks he's found the next Jade Goody.

Suzie may have shot herself in the foot then if big mouth gets kicked off wouldn't she be next in line? Critisizing your mentor won't do you any favours.

And why would they do any "expert coaching" at that stage? They don't do that until they've chosen their finalists.

I'm sure Simon, Louis, and Cheryl didn't do much coaching either.

She mucked up at the boot camp stage as well, couldn't get in time with her own arrangement and blamed the pianist!

bootcamp was weeks ago its a clean slate many people eff up at bootcamp , shes on the live shows so who cares if she messed up a little bit? doesnt change the fact shes got a amazing voice.

That's what put me off - excuses, excuses, excuses....always someone else's fault. I couldn't care less about the drugs, but on a programme where your personality does count as much as your voice (which is why I don't think Amy Winehouse comparisons are relevant - we see very little of her personality in public) - it will take a lot to me to pick up the phone and vote for her, no matter how good her performance is.

I instantly dismissed this story as yet another publicity stunt.

But watching the Xtra factor earlier today ,
(I missed it last night).

We got to see thier bedrooms who's sharing with who etc,

Girlbands room had 4 beds

Laura/ Diana sharing a room with a bunk bed

The badlashes/Alexandra/Ruth bedroom does seem overcrowded.

The only girl we did n't see settled in a bedroom was Rachel.

Did she have her own room because she was initially to share with Ruth ?

oooh well spotted. I didn't notice that last night. Perhaps Rachel isn't staying at the house because she has to look after her children.

...if that happens, it will explain the wildcard rumour.
It will also make Rachel a 'good example' after all...of someone who has a crap work ethic because she is so used to being handed or taking what she wants.
It will also bring about the ratings/drama she was put there for in the first place.
It WONT ruin her chances at a better life. If she doesnt take the opportunity already being unfairly handed to her on pretty much a silver platter, and use this hype/media attention to start gigging/get an agent/etc, then she will have ruined the chance herself. If she works for it,and it really IS hard work, not just xfactor type glam and performances, the chance is there.

How is this 'unfair'? Or rather, any less unfair than it is for the rest of the final 12? She entered a competition - should people be barred from this if they are on benefits?

Rachel entered a talent competition in which she is still to prove herself.

The way you are going on (and on and on and on.....etc) about Rachel, you'd think someone had handed her an honorary PhD and that she has been asked to perform brain surgery.

It's a competition....that's all. Not becoming Prime Minister.

It is unfair because she is living off society and being handed basicly a free career oportinity just because her crappy choices and entitlement will generate ratings. There are equally good and better singers who tried out this year and ,assuming the contract didnt send them screaming into the distance, for which I wouldnt blame them, they were given bad edits/dropped. Joelle and Suzie , even Hanna, for example.
Life isnt fair. I get that. But it is still okay to point out unfairness, just as it seems ok for you to continually ask me to clarify things Ive already clarified when it's already been explained in previous posts.
