Ok earlier about an hour ago i was listening to capital fm and there was a song playing and the lyrics were going:
'I will rain i will rain i will rain on you'.

It was in the style of 'dont rain on my parade', the singer was female and sounded very much like duffy but the internet isn't saying it's by her so im a bit stuck, does anyone know the name of the song and who sings it.
