X-Factor -- Have you noticed!
Panorama

When the finalists were chosen--they went to different places to help them improve or be taken out! Some went to Barbados-some to Ireland-some to Southern France- the other group went elsewhere.
NOW this is the point---
as cameras watched each group & showed the losers leaving in tears---in all four places they were met by the same chap who comorted them!
He had also been in the studio programmes..HOW could he be in - four places at once ?

These segments were not filmed at the same time, the only two that may have been filmed at the same two were the ones in the South of France.

Are you doing this deliberately?
Because you just posted this in another thread by someone asking an Eastenders question:

Why didn't you post this in the X Factor forum?

None of them are filmed at the same time - hence the reason why Holly and Dermot are able to be there and comfort them....

It is edited to make them all recieve the news at the same time, however they are defiantly not. I remember Holly sayin "you'll be in the studio live next week" when quite clearly they would not because that would mean what was happenin happened live AND make her able to go to different countries around the world in a matter of seconds. It was infact filmed a month ago as the older women said when she was interviewd on GMTV.

I think each group had about 3 days in there respective countries before the film and presenting crew moved onto the next one.

Then theres a media blackout about who made the final 12 (same with the apprentince and the winner) even though this year one paper revealed the names earlier.

Talk about most stupid post of the week !! yea and Dermot and Holly were in all 4 places at once - what a numpty of the week you are. They never said or gave impression they were happening at the same time.

The X-factor discussions are quite tricky because this is about the tv show in general not the actual contents of the show i.e supporting someone on the show, or commenting on something that happened within the show. This is about the production of the show.

If the other poster had talked about say Eastenders set move or where they are filmed, or the complaints it has recieved then it would have got diferent responses.

??? He's asking a question about Dermot comforting the contestants...pretty sure that happened in the show.

But in the context of them all happening and being filmed or the same time.

If it was a comment like "how can simon cowell say that about X when X is better then Leona" or "Dermot always comforts them but when he was in Barbados he looked jet-laged" then it would be different.

thats right that picture in the background of the blue sea and a jet bike going past that was in bognor, it was all filmed in bognor, that explains why dermot O leary was at all the places.
oh dear.

Not only that, but something else happened that was even more amazing, NOW this is my point.

I was watching the audition shows and in the same show I saw the judges in London, and then in the same show in Cardiff. How could this possibly be. I am so confused.

Its filmed over something like a fortnight, and we're not given the impression that its at the same time.

What exactly is the OP getting at here?

It's obvious they're not all filmed at the same time - that's precisely how Dermot and Holly can be at each location. They are edited into one programme because it's more interesting that way. In any case, the segments were presented separately.

Is the OP trying to allege some kind of conspiracy?

Did you also notice the number of different outfits Cheryl and Danni were wearing in the same day and the number of different hairstyles they had! HOW CAN THEY FIND THE TIME TO CHANGE AND HAVE THEIR HAIR DONE!!!!

It's implied that it all happens at more or less the same time, and that's a week before the live shows, whereas in actual fact, they took place at different times, several weeks ago.

For the precise reason that Dermot and Holly and the film crew and associated lackeys are in all the places; everyone and his dog has to know that they're not happening at the same time.

I thought it was all live and that they were really lucky for it to be light in Ireland when it was night here but that was probably cause Louis is really rich. But then I've never understood time zones. Or clocks. Which hand is the big one again?

There's other more subtle things, like the same accompanist being at all the locations too

Also the final 12 being leaked well over a week ago is a slight indication that it wasn't anywhere close to real time.

Sorry to go slightly off topic here, but I'm intrigued about the media blackout. Do the papers *know* who the final 12 are but agree to keep it quiet until the finals?

Are you trying to insinuate that these programmes are made in advance and then edited afterwards? What a con

In what way does it imply that it takes place a week before the live shows? It was broadcast a week before the first live show, so quite clearly, they couldn't have filmed all the judges' homes, edited the programme and broadcast it all on the same day.

There's no conspiracy here. They shouldn't have to explicitly state that this was filmed in advance, because it's blindingly obvious!

Exactly. It makes me laugh when people complain about TV networks dumbing down and treating viewers "as if we're stupid" -- then you read threads like this and you realise it's not dumbed down enough for some people.

This post was brought to you by the letter 'C' and the number '4'.

Yeh, its the same as Strictly - all the papers know who is out, but they dont report it.

Nothing good could come from reporting it. All it would do is make people avoid your paper so they dont get spoiled.

Same with the winner of The Apprentice - everyone knew the final 2 in the press, but revealing it would just get people annoyed that the paper had spoiled it and they would get huge numbers of complaints. Not worth it.
