I am reporting them to OFCOM. I have been asking to be upgraded to Extra entertainment mix (only because my other half likes the discovery channel) since the beginning of August. They just cant seem to get their act together. The customer services are useless. At the end of July I was told it would take 48 hours. Nothing happened. So I rang up again. Was told to upgrade through my account. Nothing happened. I have rung them countless times and they still have activated my upgrade. Went on holiday 4 two weeks in August and it still hadn't been activated. Just before I went on holiday, I was told it would take 98 hours. That was on the 20th August. I must be getting something wrong here.
There are 24 hours in a day? By now it must be over 98 hours and my extra entertainment mix shuld be upgraded/activated, should it not?
It beats me how inefficient Tiscali are. I have never known a company that has such bad customer services.I just cant wait to get out of the 12 month contract. I am going to BT.
