Beautiful piano music on background of Sundays show

It starts at around 25 mins in i think, when Susie and Daniel in the over 25's are about to find out if they got through or not.

Theres no lyrics, and its mournful and sad sounding, but its beautiful. Mainly piano and i think a violin or two.

Does anyone by chance remember it and know what is was?

A quick Youtube listen of that song safely confirms its not a song by her. The Leona song comes on straight after it.

The music i'm talking about is some sort of classical music i think, with no singing.

I'll attempt to upload a sound clip tomorrow if no one knows.

It is by Craig Armstrong but as to what tune it is, I don't know.

SkinnyLegs - These music questions drive me nuts because I can't rest until I figure out what they are.....
Anyway....It's Laura's theme by Craig Armstrong.
There must be more then one version because the music on x-factor sounds something like this:

whereas, the version on Craig Armstrong's album The Space Between Us is slower, and more or less a full orchestra.

However - there is a stripped down version by Craig Armstrong himself because I have heard it. In fact I have it on my pc but I can't find it, so that is probably the version that x-factor have used.

It has to be Moby - God Moving Over The Face Of The Waters.

Unfortunately none of these suggestions are correct

I've managed to record an audio clip of the show when the song was playing (its 1.1mb in size, WMA file)

Its the song in the background, just try and ignore the talking and singing over the top of it

Trust me dude - it's Craig Armstrong and if you go to his fan site, email them, they'll be able to help you.

Ah ok, sorry, the links you posted didn't sound like it. I'll have another listen though.

I appreciate your help, thanks.

It is! It's Fuori Dal Mondo, it's heard in This Is England. Looove it.

This must've been asked weeks ago... Well, hopefully this answer will help someone.
