Yay it does seem Rachel HAS kept her long hair then I do prefer the look she had going before though. Her new look has stripped her of some of her character.

Ruth just looks wow. I love her so much.

Alexandra looks just great with the new long hair and those pictures of her looked great.

Girlband.. Now theres something im really starting to like about this band. They look great now. Very different looking from the rest.

Love Laura but that (black dress) pic made her look bigger than she is for some reason.

Austin looks awful, like some sort of Japanese cartoon character from Pokemon or something.

They all look really good, Rachel looks like she has lost a lot of weight, she looks very nice, she has a lovely smile.

What have they done to Austin? He looks MUCH better in the before shot.

It sort of looks like they've tried to camp him up - maybe in preparation for officially announcing he's gay. ITV will have him dressing in pink next.

Austin doesnt actually look as bad as i first thought when i saw the makeover at first at the end of Sunday nights show

2 girls discover a hair brush and Austin looks like Marc Almond, little black dresses dont make makeover and what have they done to rachel although shes not one of my faves they've stripped all the rachelness out of her now she just looks like all the rest.

Its not a "before" shot... its a paparazzi shot with his make-over. Have a look at the other pics, everyone has a "styled" shot (for filming) and a "pap" shot (where they look more natural).

Only Rachel has a "before" shot.

I hope Diana doesn't let them make her too barbie dollish.

It's still "before" he was made over however you dry and dress it up. No need to be so ridiculously pedantic.

in owen's 'before' look, when he was singing in simons house you can see a rash on his neck lol thats how nervous he must have been.

I do hope they don't take that slight 'scruffyness' away from Diana, though.

Bad Lashes all look great.

It surprised me how good Girlband look. All of them look really pretty and strangely interesting.

In that very short second makeover slip, they all struck a Charlies Angels pose which I though was quite fabulous. Im actually for some reason interested in seeing them on saturday now

I don't particually like Diana, but Christ she looks good there!
