Bruntin said his song was originally a hit in the '60s, but promised it would have a "Mark Ronson-style" modern twist. Quigg's tune is "in the top 100 songs of all time", while Drage described his song as "an '80s classic that's been covered by a famous rapper".

Any ideas?

looks like you beat me too it!!!! I wasn't anywhere near then....i had the fugees "killing me softly" and blazin squad "crossroads."

as for Quigg's song choice....it could be 1 of a 100 songs(OBVIOUSLY). if what was described as "one of the top" in terms of how many weeks spent at number 1...we could see brian adams-everything i do(i do for you) or wet wet wet-love is all around.........I doubt they'd give him 1 of the biggies though....

Could be Unchained bleedin' Melody for Eoighan (sp?) - BOOOORING ...
Every Breath You Take... Of course, it can be interpreted as a love song but its actually about a creepy stalker. Yikes.

If the guesses are right, Simon will regret letting the boys do their own stuff this week.

I believe Simon still chooses the songs. There is no way Scott would be singing a song from the sixties by his own choosing.

I was hoping for this to be announced but instead they've added a fashion page on the site
They even removed the judges profiles for it.

Maybe its an updated 60's song, or one that uses a 60's sample.
