are they just dressed in black?

theres just dressed up in black....and some of them have had haircuts....apart from that, I don't really notice the difference either.

What were you expecting, cosmetic surgery? It's basically just a haircut.

I think/hope they're just promo shots. I don't like what they've done with Diana, Rachel, Austin or Alex's har.

They always dress in black for the first lot of the promos, then the final five acts dress in white for the new promos.

It's just a new hair style really.

Makes some of them look like different people to me though - especially Rachel & Austin.

Diana's make up has been changed for the better

I miss her hair though because it suited her voice.

Diana and Laura looked so much better with their messy hair... Diana in particular looks over-groomed IMO - I hope they don't change her singing style.

Rachel looks a lot tidier than before, though I really liked her fringe, and Alexandra's new 'do really does make her look better - her short hair appeared to be in very bad condition.

The girl in Girlband (the pun couldn't be helped ) with the literally orange hair looks terrible and Austin looks like Anthony Hannah.

Other than those I've mentioned, I haven't really notice much change in anyone else.

Also, I know I'm nitpicking now, but doesn't anyone else think Eoghan looks really annoying (and actually rather smug) in this picture?

Hopefully not. Yet to see if they think she is too young or not for the X Factor.

Oh, that colour is awful! I thought she looked far prettier before.

So many people are saying Austin looks like Anthony Hannah after his makeover ! I can see where they are coming from, it must be the same XF stylist stuck in a rut, lol ! I think its the spikey black hair and the black polo neck. There are similarities in the angular face too, but Austin is nowhere near as classy as Anthony, lol
