I think it's best to wait until the live shows.
I find that a) the song choices and b) the comments aftyer live performances are crucial for the judges' status.

That wasn't true. X Factor denied saying they never discuss contracts and that they are signed in spring ever year.

I wonder how many Dannii fans will cry "fix" if Cherly turns out to have the winning act and is seen as a "Brilliant Mentor". Not that they would be wrong, but the SAME THING happened last year with Dannii. She got the best of everything, plus all the praise from Simon. It's all for publicity.

Dannii didn't get the same amount of good publicity as this new girl gets.
She was mocked heavily throughout the series and her boys were not considered the best.
The best were the over 25's and Sharons girls according to most. Dannii's boys took a lot of stick in the press, especially Rhydian.
Dannii was given a hard time from most and a yes, Simon did praise her but not really that much.

I can gladly post all the articles that was because I got them all.
Simon praised her in the beginning, but later he didn't say much.
It was when Louis & Sharon bullied her and it got too much that he reacted.
And he hired her for 2 shows so of course he thinks she's good, as he probably thinks Sharon is good, Louis and now Cheryl.
But to say that it was all about Dannii last year is a lie.
First of all almost all the newspapers were against her and the show itself, 'x marks the flop' 'Strictly much better than X' etc
This year it's a lot more 'X Factor is the best'

I disagree. Alot of it was Sharons weekly diva strops and Louis and Simons constant disagreements about same difference. Danni was pretty grounded last year, not making a fuss. She just got on with it.

True. It was supposed to be about Dannii and Brian but instead of letting them shine, Sharon had to react like a baby craving all the attention.
Even when she got Louis back she continued.
I dont really care much about the 'judges'/panto side of the show, but at least she has been through the process herself, so can understand things from the perspective of the contestants

I think this is more about the judges and the things is,
It's like a new girl in school. Everyone wants to know her, and everyone's focus is on her. That's natural.
Same here, of course X Factor wants to make Cheryl shine the most, she's new.
Why should Dannii have a problem with that? Or anyone.
Sharon Osbourne did and now everyone thinks it's the same with Dannii.
Now when the live shows starts it's all about focusing on the groups.
I think this will be a really good, positive year.

That is what I like about Dannii, she doesn't make a fuss. Even this year with Cheryl arriving, she has not been having diva strops like Sharon did last year and Dannii has even praised Cheryl.

Yes but Dannii's management has approached the X Factor producers and asked them to have more Dannii footage in the show. Why do that unless they or Dannii felt threatened by Cheryl? And who do you think leaked that daft Dannii Fans Petition X Factor story to the tabloids? Dannii's management I bet.
There is rarely smoke without fire. There are too many Dannii Jealous Of Cheryl stories for them to be all false.
I thought that Simon was talking about getting rid of danni next year and having Sharon back - as he thinks that Sharon and Cheryl would be an amazing combination.
