Thomson 160Gb box
I've got one of those 160Gb boxes, have had it since Christmas and have had continual problems with it.
It usually involves it being on - if the red light is only on it won't record anything even when it's set to record. Then when I go to switch it on the box is unresponsive either via the button on the front of the box, or via the remote control. It's doing my head in. With it being a Xmas present I don't have the receipt from Tesco so I can't swap it. Does anyone know if you can contact Thomson to get it repaired? I really am starting to lose my patience! |
