For the last few days when I try to access the EPG alll I get is 'This function cannot be used now'

Any suggestions, please

Have you switched it off at the mains and switched it back on?
Are the batteries failing?

Have tried unplugging from mains and running setup again to no available. Batteries ?

Remote control batteries.
Have you tried any new batteries in the remote control?

The input is not selected to the digital tuner. On the remote at the top right, 3rd button down is a button labelled input. At each push it cycles round the inputs, L1, L2, Pr1, D001, till you get to the digital tuner. Once you have the digital tuner output selected, then use the EPG as normal.
