mind vitamin bs can sting your tongue hehe ooh a bad joke
I have a craving for it everyday i ahve to eat it. Was a marmite baby always a marmite baby hehe. its the same with guiness as well i adore the stuff, possibly becasue when my mum was breast feeding me she was told by the nurses to have an odd can of guiness now and again for the iron levels which she did. so therefore my problems are my mums fault ahh that explains it.

peanut butter is just yum too, I couldn't make up my mind which is better marmite or peanut better there was a thread i put on ds ages ago about it. However if it is peanut butter it shall be the crunchy kind not the wimpy smooth stuff, yuk.
i like lemon curd spread as well but marmite wins |

I can't stand marmite!
I just don't 'get it'! It's just extremely bitter? Confusing! |

I absolutely love Marmite. Bonus is that if you eat it, your skin gives off an odour which is undetectable to humans but keeps mosquitoes away.

I don't have it very often (probably about once every 1/2 months) but I spread it thick like jam. People who scrape on a little slither tend to look at me like this->

Can't comment as I've never ever tasted the stuff. My old boss used to have it on his sandwiches everyday.

I've grown up with Marmite like it was another sibling - simply couldn't live without it. Cheesy mash with a bit of Marmite is my fave. YUM!

Did anyone else get the champagne limited edition at Valentine's ? I loved it so much I stock piled it.....I also hear there was a guiness one, but I was never able to track it down.
I adore toasted cheese sandwiches with a smear of marmite

When my daughter was 5, she said her friend James brought 'dried up gravy sandwiches' for his packed lunch - he was obviously a young Marmite fan!

My hubby used to work at Magor brewery in south wales. One day when I went to pick him up a big tanker with Marmite all over it was just coming in.
I asked my hubby why it was there and he said the were having all the yeast extract that was left over from making the beer. Apparently they go to a lot of breweries over the country. I love Marmite bit of toast and butter like someone said food of the gods. |

I love both but crunchy peanut butter, mmm now I could eat that all day.
I always run out quickly because I eat it with the knife while I wait for the toast to cook
