Apologies if there is a thread answering much of this already, I aint had a chance to look and I'm after a quick-ish response.
I am considering switching my Phone, BB and TV service from BT (incl Broadband Opt 3 and BT Vision Bronze package) to Tiscali, mainly to cut costs, but also as the Tiscali TV package looks quite tempting.
I have also seen an offer from Tiscali, if you sign up before the end of October, you get the TV+ box (recorder) free.
So, on the surface, Tiscali appear to provide: Free Phone line rental, Inclusive anytime UK calls, 8mb Broadband, a Tv service which includes all the channles I receive with BT Vision + additional ones including Sky 1, and a PVR for £24.99 (after 3 months £19.99 beforehand) which is roughly HALF the the cost of the equivalent service(s) with BT.
Basically just wanted some quick feedback/thoughts on Tiscali's services, and Customer services for when things go wrong.... and how often can/do things go wrong?
